עם השנה הזאת שאנחנו עוברים כמעט ולא זכרתי שמגיע חג חנוכה.
לא התארגנתי לפני והייתי די שאננה וגם חשבתי לעצמי שיש לי מתכון לסופגניה טעימה מהשנה שעברה ומזאת שלפניה.
אבל השנה חג החנוכה הוא סמל לניסים, לשחרור ותקווה והחלטתי ליצור מתכון לסופגניה חדשה.
דמיינו את זה…
ביס ראשון בסופגנייה זהובה, אוורירית מבפנים ופריכה מבחוץ, הטעם מושלם, הריח משגע, ואין טיפת רגשות אשם.
אז כן-עשיתי את זה שוב!
מתכון חדש לסופגניות דלות פחמימה שהן כל מה שאפשר לבקש ועוד קצת.
והכי חשוב? אף אחד לא ינחש שהן נטולות סוכר ועמוסות בטוב בריא.
יחד נתפלל שיהא זה חג ניסים אמיתי, שהחטופים יחזרו הביתה, כולנו נחזור לנשום ולחייך ולייחל לתקווה אמיתית.

מרכיבים לבצק: 10 סופגניות 1.5 גרם פחמימה נטו לסופגנייה ללא מילוי
- 1 כוס +2 כפות קמח שקדים איכותי
- 2 כפות קמח קוקוס
- 1 כף סיבים תזונתיים (פסיליום/סיבי שיבולת שועל)
- רבע כפית מלח
- כפית אבקת אפייה
- 3 ביצים
- רבע כוס שמנת חמוצה/יוגורט יווני 10% שומן
- 3 כפות תחליף סוכר שאתם אוהבים
- 1 כפית תמצית וניל איכותית
- שמן לטיגון
מלית:

- ריבת תותים קיטו ללא סוכר (ראה מתכון- https://zilla.co.il/keto-amazing-strawberry-jam )
ציפוי:
- תחליף אבקת סוכר לקישוט
- תערובת של 2 כפות תחליף סוכר+1 כפית קינמון
אופן ההכנה:
- מערבבים בקערה חומרים יבשים (קמח שקדים, קמח קוקוס, סיבים תזונתיים, אבקת אפייה ומלח).
- בקערה נפרדת טורפים ביצים, שמנת חמוצה, תחליף סוכר ותמצית וניל עד לקבלת תערובת אחידה ומעט תפוחה.
- מוסיפים בהדרגה את תערובת היבשים לתערובת הביצים ומערבבים עד לקבלת בצק אחיד ורך.
- נותנים לתערובת לנוח כ-10 דקות.
- בסיר קטן מחממים שמן על אש בינונית (במדחום 160 מעלות)
- באמצעות כף גלידה או שתי כפות יוצקים מהבצק לשמן החם. מטגנים מכל צד עד הזהבה.
- מוציאים מהשמן ומניחים על רשת עם נייר סופג.
- יוצרים חור בסופגנייה, מפזרים תחליף אבקת סוכר וממלאים בריבה.
- אפשרות נוספת היא לטבול את הסופגנייה החמה בתערובת הסוכר והקינמון (טעים מאוד)
